Your community portal is now available as a mobile app in iOS and Android. You can now make payments directly through the app
instead of being redirected to the bank website. Please select here to read about custom App and payment options.
 
 
HOA Accounting Services is pleased to offer enhanced payment processing options online through the web portal. Homeowners can click on “Make a Payment” when logged into their account and select from the payment options provided.
 
The Management ID needed for bank payments is 7533 and the Association ID is the first 3 numbers in your account number.

Basic Instructions:
 
Phase 1:
REGISTER ON THE WEB PORTAL:
**Note** Registration key and Account number is available by contacting the Seven Oaks Community Center Office.
  • Click Sign Up.
  • Enter your Email, Name, Phone (These fields are required).
  • Enter your account number. 
  • Type in the Password you Want to Use and Confirm.
  • Enter your registration key.  
  • Click on Sign Up.
Phase 2:
LOGIN ON THE WEB PORTAL: (After  registering)
  • Enter your login credentials
  • Enter your password
