HOA Accounting Services is pleased to offer enhanced payment processing options online through the web portal. Homeowners can click on “Make a Payment” when logged into their account and select from the payment options provided.
The Management ID needed for bank payments is 7533 and the Association ID is the first 3 numbers in your account number.

Basic Instructions:
Phase 1:
REGISTER ON THE WEB PORTAL:
**Note** Registration key and Account number is available by contacting the Seven Oaks Community Center Office.
- Click Sign Up.
- Enter your Email, Name, Phone (These fields are required).
- Enter your account number.
- Type in the Password you Want to Use and Confirm.
- Enter your registration key.
- Click on Sign Up.
Phase 2:
LOGIN ON THE WEB PORTAL: (After registering)
- Enter your login credentials
- Enter your password
