One of the Community’s strongest appeals is its location.  We are located within Rancho Bernardo which is one of the safest San Diego neighborhoods.  We have easy access to the I-15 north/south freeway coupled with a new municipal transit station.  Seven Oaks is within walking distance to shopping and businesses with close proximity to grocery stores, pharmacies, excellent restaurants and coffee shops, banking, post office, healthcare providers (doctors, dentists, vision, etc.), professional services (attorneys, realtors, title companies, etc.).

We have a spacious Clubhouse, offering a heated swimming pool, library, shuffleboard courts, auditorium and various meeting rooms. The Clubhouse is centered on well-cared for grounds with green spaces, gardens and shade trees interspersed.  We have over 30 separate clubs.
