Seven Oaks is one of the original communities built in Rancho Bernardo under the master plan.  It was established as an age-restricted over-55 community.  Ground was broken in 1962 and construction continued throughout the 60's.  Seven Oaks today encompasses 1759 individually-owned homes and condos that equally share the generous common areas. This photo shows how this community looked prior to development.
