Forms for the Seven Oaks Community Center are organized into two categories as shown.

Hardcopy forms - forms to be downloaded to your computer to fill out and delivered either by e-mail, mail, or hand delivered.
Interactive forms - forms filled out interactively and submitted electronically to the Community Center.

INTERACTIVE (Online) FORMS:

To view the status of your submitted forms, (You must have submitted your forms after logging into your account) , select Residents from the Navigation Bar and then select Request Manager

Application for Architectural Modification (Complete prior to making changes to landscaping or the exterior of your home.)
Neighbors Notification Signatures (to be attached to the on-line form for Modifications)
Seven Oaks Notice of Violations Procedures. Approved by Board 2/14/2017
Report of CC&R Violation Form (File to notify Architectural Committee of CC&R violations.)
Buyer acknowledges a pre-approved Modification form (Must be completed prior to Application for Architectural Modifications.)
Architectural Committee Volunteer Application - Request to be a Committee Member

The hardcopy forms for the Architectural Office must be signed and may be delivered in person, by scanning/emailing, or by mailing to:
