Seven Oaks Pickleball Club - Leagues

The Seven Oaks  pickleball club has established four Leagues for members of various skills to participate in League play. If interested to join, please read the following and reach out to any League contacts.

Competitive League
Description and Purpose:  A Seven Oaks Pickleball League to promote health, fitness, and wellness for Intermediate to Advanced Pickleball players who want to play at an earlier time slot on Thursday afternoon. All Intermediate and Advanced players, men and women, are welcome.
.
Information and Messaging:  The league is currently organized jointly by Nathan Weber and Norma Giron. For those who wish for additional information or to join, please  select "Contact Us", select PB - Competitive Play League..

The Dillies league
Description and Purpose:  The league is composed mostly of women who have been playing together since the courts opened here at Seven Oaks. We are definitely recreational, and enjoy the social, more than the competitive aspect of the game. We are open to ANYONE, including men who may be interested in playing with us. How we got our name? One of the players’ husband suggested it, out of the blue.

Information and Messaging:  The league is currently organized jointly by Terry Huff and Katherine Williams.  For those who wish for additional information or to join, please select "Contact Us",  select PB - The Dillies.

The Men’s league
Description and Purpose:  The Men’s League (affectionately known as the “Big Dills”) is the oldest continuously running pickleball league in Seven Oaks.  We are a group who have been meeting every Tuesday all the way back to June 2024.

Our league welcomes guys who want to test their mettle in a tournament style format with weekly assigned partners.  But the overarching theme is the emphasis  on having fun, enjoying friendly competition, and getting some good exercise. We welcome new players. Come check us out.

Whether you're a "banger" who hits everything like it personally insulted your mother or a "dinker" who plays with the speed of a resting turtle, come join us for some low-impact exercise and high-impact banter.

Information and Messaging:  The league is currently organized jointly by Alan Ekberg and Tom King. For those who wish for additional information or to join, please  select "Contact Us", select Pickleball Mens League.

The Co-Ed Intermediate League
Description and Purpose:  The League was formed to give intermediate players a dedicated time and place to meet, play, and have fun with others at a similar level. We’re a friendly group that’s grown together from beginner classes to steady, skill-building games — and we want to welcome new players who share our love of the game, a sense of humor, and a supportive spirit!

Who is this league for?
  • Intermediate and Advanced players who enjoy learning and improving their game in a co-ed environment and are comfortable playing with and against strong players.
  • Those who enjoy the social value of the game with the addition of friendly competition
