This graceful, flowing, low impact form of exercise has been clinically proven to result in: Increased energy and stamina, increased flexibility, balance and agility, decreased stress and anxiety. Tai Chi is suitable for all ages. Moves can be performed while sitting or standing and can be modified to accommodate existing medical issues. Wear comfortable flat-soled shoes.
