Core strength class is also for all fitness levels. This class is taught 90% on the floor on a mat. It is designed to strengthen the core muscles (the abdominal and back muscles). Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and ability. This class helps to build the core which is vital for proper posture, balance, and back support. A mat and light weights are recommended for this class.
