Results of the Ballot Count Held May 1, 2026
Ballot Count
Minimum number of ballots required: 31
Number of ballots received: 36
Number of Yes votes in favor of adopting the amendments: 26
Number of No votes against adopting the amendments: 10
The proposed amendments to HOA #1's CC&Rs and bylaws are adopted.
Effective dates:
Bylaws: The amended bylaws are effective upon this notification to homeowners of the vote results.
CC&Rs: The amended CC&Rs become effective when they are recorded with the San Diego County Recorder. The board will notify homeowners when that is done. Until then, the current CC&Rs will be in effect.
