We are a free library, no card needed, open for every Seven Oaks resident during regular clubhouse hours, with an amazing wealth of opportunities for reading and recreational pleasure.  Our outstanding collection includes hardcover fiction and non-fiction, mysteries, large print editions, along with a wide array of trade and mass market paperbacks.  We regularly buy new best sellers with the proceeds of our annual book sale, and welcome donations in all categories to enhance our resources.  Audiobooks on CD and movies on DVD are available on loan, and a computer station with printer and Internet access is on the premises. 

 

We have an excellent woodshop where members can build woodworking projects for themselves or for the benefit of the shop.

We hold duplicate bridge games every Wednesday and Friday afternoons.  The games begin at noon and run until play ends, usually between 3:00 and 4:00.  Players need to have partnerships already formed, but we have rosters and sign-up sheets to facilitate. 

We try to keep the game friendly, while emphasizing fair competition.  We welcome rubber bridge players who want to try what may be an unfamiliar style of play.

The domino gaming pieces (colloquially nicknamed bones, cards, tiles, tickets, stones, chips, or spinners) make up a domino set, sometimes called a deck or pack.
