Glen W. Vaughan - President
Glen retired in 1997 after serving as Chief Pretrial
Services Officer U.S. Court, Southern District of California. He received his B.A. at the University of Missouri at Columbia
and his law degree from the University Of Missouri Law School. Following admission to the Bar, Glen was sworn in as a U.S.
Probation and Parole officer, U.S. Courts, and worked as a Probation Division Representative in Washington, D.C. Glen explains
why he would like to serve on the board: "As a skilled organizer interested in my community, I have something to offer."
His interests include tile work, cooking, woodworking, repair and maintenance, and politics. _______________________________________________________________________
 Clarence Earl Chinn, CDR USN, Ret.
Vice President Brought to San
Diego by the US Navy, Earl has lived in the RB/Poway area since 1968 and in Seven Oaks since 2002. Following retirement from
the navy, he was the San Diego District manager for H&R Block for six years and has been a professional speaker and teacher
for more than 20 years. He has served on boards of the RB Chorale, Poway Center for the Performing Arts, Toastmasters International,
American Cancer Society, and NSA San Diego. His goals are to provide open lines of communication for all Seven Oaks residents
and to represent them fairly in efforts to maintain the quality of life currently enjoyed in our community. ______________________________________________________________

Elaine Jeter, Secretary
Elaine served on the staffs of university
and medical school libraries, primarily doing bibliographic work. She has more than 18 years’ experience on boards of
nonprofit public benefit corporations and property owners’ associations and she is familiar with the California non-profit
code. She is proud to have qualified for “master gardener” certification. Elaine believes in working for the benefit
of homeowners within the CC&Rs, by-laws and city and county codes. She feels that boards should not be overly intrusive
and all board actions should be open to the membership as required by California law. When disputes occur, there should be
an avenue available for help in resolving differences. ______________________________________________________________________________________
Richard (Dick) Braun, Treasurer Dick has lived in Seven Oaks for nine years and is a former board member, having
served as treasurer (2000-2001) and president (2001-2002). He was also the architectural liaison from 1999-2000. Dick received
a BS degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago. He worked for a C.P.A.
firm and then became president of a construction development company. He obtained his California real estate broker’s
license in 1976. Dick has been an active volunteer in religious and civic groups. His goal as a board member is to maintain
and improve all aspects of the Seven Oaks community environment. ________________________________________________________________________
Charles Williams, Phd. Liaison to Architectural Committee - I have lived in Seven Oaks Community
for seven years. Currently I am the owners of residents on Lomica Drive My confidence lie within “faith,” Buoyancy
and mutually respectful. I am a Cosmopolitan with visions, having profound interest in human behavior and the ideas of professionalism,
recognizing that professionals must become cosmic and politically astute to reach universal achievements. I am a student of
Kierkegaadian literature acquiring philosophical knowledge through authenticity, “faith,” authorship, and literary
conglomerates, parallel with objectivity, individualism, truth, and justice. I rationalize paradox of scholarship having characteristic
danger of squandering ones entire lifetime acquiring wisdom and never confronting virtues of ones infinite passions of inwardness.
I aspire “faith,” justice and dialectical fearlessness toward all endeavors.

Linda Lambson - Liaison to Architectural Committee Linda has 22 years of experience in real
estate sales management that she feels has given her insight in problem solving and investigating legal issues. She served
on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee of the San Diego Board of Realtors and says that her "experience
and training would be a good asset to our Seven Oaks board." Linda grew up in Escondido and has lived in several sections
of Rancho Bernardo prior to moving to Seven Oaks. Her objective is "to offer fairness and common sense while listening
and considering all sides of an issue." Responsible spending and open communication between board and members would be
her priorities. _______________________________________________________________________________
Joni Hoffman - Liaison
to Activities Committee Joni has loved
living in Seven Oaks for the past six years. She moved to San Diego at age 19 and received her degree in elementary education
from SDSU. She taught in San Diego, Connecticut, and New Jersey and was an administrative assistant for the Department of
Army for 10 years. She feels that her -lifelong people and leadership qualities" will benefit Seven
Oaks to continue to be a "happy, active, cohesive place." She states that she is "dedicated to the integrity
and welfare of everyone living here, utilizing our budget and communication in the best way possible for all." _________________________________________________________________________________
