Elaine Jeter - Secretary

Elaine served on the staffs of university and medical school libraries, primarily doing bibliographic work. She has more than 18 years’ experience on boards of nonprofit public benefit corporations and property owners’ associations and she is familiar with the California non-profit code. She is proud to have qualified for “master gardener” certification. Elaine believes in working for the benefit of homeowners within the CC&Rs, by-laws and city and county codes. When disputes occur, there should be an avenue available for help in resolving differences.
